The EACLC project is among many other deliverables of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation that SINOSURE supported. Upon completion, EACLC will become the largest trade and logistics complex in Tanzania. Serving as a “one-stop” trade and procurement base and the largest cross-border logistics platform for Chinese goods to Africa, it is expected to provide 15,000 direct jobs and over 50,000 indirect job opportunities for the local population in Tanzania, with a total output value of USD150 million.
