31 CHINA EXPORT & CREDIT INSURANCE CORPORATION ANNUAL REPORT 2024 理赔和追偿业务 CLAIMS AND RECOVERIES 在项目险保后管理、理赔追偿、渠道管理等领域出台 3 项操作指引和专项通知，指导营业机构服务客户，保障业务操 作合规高效开展。在贸易险理赔追偿方面制定 15 条“简化、高效、精准、优质”服务措施，持续加大理赔追偿工作 力度。 Under project insurance business, SINOSURE introduced 3 operational guidelines and notices on post-underwriting management, claims and recoveries, and channel management for branches to better serve the clients in efficient and compliant manners. In terms of claims and recovery services under trade insurance, SINOSURE adopted 15 measures featuring “simplification, efficiency, precision, and high-quality” to improve the service of claims and recoveries. 中国信保支付某中东电站项目出口卖方信贷保险项下首笔赔款 7,562 万美元 SINOSURE Paid USD75.62 Million as First Tranche of Claim under Export Supplier’s Credit Insurance for a Middle East Power Plant Project 受疫情导致完工延期及项目所在国政府电费支付不及时等原因影响，该项目于 2023 年 12 月和 2024 年 6 月还 款发生逾期。中国信保在获知上述情况后及时介入，多次协助承建企业与东道国政府、业主方商讨逾期解 决方案。同时，迅速启动理赔程序，凭借专业高效的服务和严谨的风险评估机制，快速核定损失金额，并 依据保险单约定向被保险人完成赔付。 2024 年 12 月，中国信保支付保险项下首期赔款 7,562 万美元。此次 赔付充分体现了中国信保服务国家战略和实体经济的政策性职能定位与责任担当，为出口企业应对海外风 险提供了强有力的示范效应。 Due to pandemic-induced delays of construction and untimely payment of electricity charges by the host government, the project experienced defaults in December 2023 and June 2024. Upon notice, SINOSURE promptly assisted the contractor in negotiations on overdue payment solutions with the host government and the project owner. Meanwhile, SINOSURE initiated the claims process, leveraging its professional and efficient services and rigorous risk assessment mechanisms to quickly determine the loss amount and compensate the insured according to the terms of the insurance policy. In December 2024, SINOSURE made the payment as the first tranche of claim amounting to USD75.62 million.
