We refined architecture governance mechanisms, steadily scaled granular modeling, and strengthened business-IT integration. Key initiatives included: optimizing and upgrading the Comprehensive Trade Insurance system to 4.0 version; launching the core system for domestic trade insurance; streamlining workflows of project insurance; enhancing operational capacity building; strengthening fundamental capabilities for digital insurance; developing the Company’s digital ecosystem; expanding partnership to broaden the digital collaboration landscape; iterating the risk modeling groups for trade insurance and project insurance; elevating digital capabilities in risk control and compliance; institutionalizing mechanisms for data governance; enriching enterprise-level databases; improving the delivery capacity of data service; consolidating IT infrastructure and R&D operation and maintenance systems to enhance self-reliance and controllability of technologies.
