51 CHINA EXPORT & CREDIT INSURANCE CORPORATION ANNUAL REPORT 2024 支持“三支队伍”培训 13,925 人 Supported the training of 13,925 persons under the “ Three Talent Forces ” initiative 消费帮扶金额 3,735.7 万元 RMB37.357 million of consumption- based assistance 坚决落实“四个不摘”要求，全年向两个定点帮扶县投入无偿帮扶资金 2,432 万元。帮扶建档立卡户学生、农村低保户学生、孤残儿童和乡村教师 30,471 人，支持“三支队伍”培训 13,925 人，重点帮扶脱贫不稳定户、边缘易致贫 户和突发困难户等易返贫致贫人口 545 户，帮助定点帮扶县巩固拓展脱贫攻 坚成果，守牢防返贫底线。 SINOSURE firmly adhered to the “Four Continues” mandate (to continue poverty alleviation duties, policies, assistance and oversight after counties are removed from the poverty list) and disbursed RMB24.32 million in grant funds to the two designated assistance counties throughout the year. The assistance program: reached 30,471 individuals, comprising students in officially registered impoverished households, rural subsistence allowance recipients, orphaned and disabled children, and rural educators; supported the training of 13,925 persons under the “Three Talent Forces” initiative (grass-root public sector leadership, innovative talents and entrepreneurs, and skilled workforce); and extended priority assistance to 545 households which are prone to falling back to poverty. All these efforts helped solidify and expand the gains of poverty eradication in the designated assistance counties to prevent a return to poverty. 组织开展“汇聚力量ﾠ助力乡村振兴”主题活动，汇聚公司各方资源，动员 广大员工积极参与，多家总部部门和分公司的党支部通过党建联建、捐款捐 物、支教活动等方式开展帮扶 ；大力开展消费帮扶，消费帮扶金额 3,735.7 万元，有力支持定点帮扶县农户增收。 SINOSURE also initiated the flagship campaign: “Gathering Strength: Driving Rural Revitalization”, pooling resources and mobilizing corporate- wide engagement, with Party branches across HQ departments and domestic branches carrying out targeted assistance through joint Party- building initiatives, in-kind and monetary donations, and educational volunteer programs. Concurrently we vigorously promoted consumption- based assistance, amount ing to RMB37.357 mi l l ion, effect ively supporting income growth of farmers in the designated assistance counties.
