Based on a thorough evaluation on the project’s capacities of waste treatment and power generation and its revenue prospects, SINOSURE tailor-made an innovative project- finance arrangement, in which the project’s future cash income is the primary source of loan repayment, project assets and revenues are pledged as collaterals, sponsor’s completion guarantees serve as credit enhancement, while the obligation of full-term, full-amount joint and several liability guarantee is waived, and SINOSURE finally implemented the underwriting. 案例 Case
