9 CHINA EXPORT & CREDIT INSURANCE CORPORATION ANNUAL REPORT 2024 We focused on assisting enterprises in overcoming hardships, and built a risk defense line with our expertise. We released the Handbook of Countr y Risk for 20 consecutive years, and issued China’s SMERI 2024 and the Analysis Report on Trade Credit Environment in RCEP Countries , effectively leveraging the role as the national risk management platform. Our risk database now covers 470 million corporate and banking entities worldwide, supporting us in providing professional risk management services to clients and assisting China’s overseas security assurance capacity. With the measures of pre-claim loss mi t igat ion, indemni f icat ion and recover y, we helped enterprises promptly safeguard their rights and interests and stop losses for more than USD8 billion. Over 4,300 enterpr ises have weathered di ff icul t ies and revived their operations through our quick response service of claims and recovery, and more businesses have gained confidence to explore markets and accept orders with the strong support of the policy-oriented export credit insurance. We focused on efficient service, and empowered enterprises with the achievements of our deepened reforms. Fol lowing the CPC Central Committee’s decisions on deepening reforms, we improved our Action Plan on further comprehensively deepening reforms, ensuring effective implementation of our Development Strategy. For consolidating and expanding the results of our digital transformation efforts, we upgraded the inclusive finance version of ”Xin-Bu-Tian-Xia” APP, which has become a professional and leading digital customer service platform, providing integrated digital services to more than 200,000 clients, initiating a new model of automated, intelligent and digital operations. In order to provide enterprises with proactive risk protection and financing convenience, we established dedicated service area of policy-oriented export credit insurance on governmental “International Trade Single Window” website, continuously optimized the services of the nationwide smart hotline 95387, and deployed insurance policy financing functions on 13 banks’ platforms. At present, SINOSURE has stood at a new historical start ing point for development, bear ing momentous responsibi l i t ies and an unshakable mission. We wi l l steadfastly uphold our pol icy-oriented mandate, ful ly leverage our role as an economic shock absorber and social stabilizer, deepen supply-side structural reforms, and wholeheartedly support the expansion of high-standard opening-up. With a view to contributing SINOSURE’s strength to accelerating the development of China as a financial powerhouse and a leading trading nation, we are committed to stabilizing foreign trade and foreign investment, enhancing services for high-quality ”Belt and Road” cooperation, better balancing development and security, and resolutely concluding the 14th Five-Year Plan’s high-quality development campaign.
