25 2025 年度报告 ANNUAL REPORT 2025 支付某机车出口项目赔款近700万欧元 Approximately EUR7 million Paid for Locomotive Export 四川某机车生产企业于2022年向非洲某国出口34台机车，后因该国发生武装冲突，国家财政收入锐减、外汇短缺， 导致合同项下已经开立并承兑的部分信用证无法支付，造成出口企业应收账款损失2,000余万欧元。在中国信保和 出口企业共同努力下，陆续追回近1,000万欧元。对其余损失，中国信保于2025年3月支付赔款近700万欧元。 A locomotive manufacturer based in Sichuan Province exported 34 locomotives to an African country in 2022. Following the outbreak of armed conflict in the buyer’s country, a sharp decline in fiscal revenue and severe foreign exchange shortages led to the default on accepted letters of credit under the contract, leaving the exporter with accounts receivable losses over EUR20 million. Through joint efforts of SINOSURE and the exporter, nearly EUR10 million was recovered.
