29 2025 年度报告 ANNUAL REPORT 2025 In 2025, thoroughly implementing the CPC Central Committee’s deployment for preventing and defusing major risks, SINOSURE coordinated business development with risk control by adhering to the risk management philosophy of being “sound, prudent, compliant and comprehensive”, strengthening risk prevention and control in key areas, improving risk control mechanisms, advancing digitalization of risk control, thus elevating risk management capabilities to firmly guard the risk bottom line, and providing strong support for the high-quality fulfillment of our policy-oriented functions. All seven major categories of risks remained well-contained: In 2025, SINOSURE entered into six related party transactions, all of which were fairly priced. The identification, review, disclosure, and reporting of these transactions complied with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Insurance risk Overall risk slighted increased, with overall risk levels remaining wellcontained. Credit risk Various credit risk exposures remained stable and were generally wellmanaged. Operational risk Core indicators, including the number of newly reported operational risk events and associated loss amounts, stayed within controllable ranges. All business lines and management operations functioned normally, with overall operational risks well-contained. Liquidity risk Liquidity monitoring ratios exceeded regulatory requirements. Investment assets demonstrated strong liquidity. Overall liquidity remained ample. Market risk All market risk limit indicators comply with regulatory and internal requirements, ensuring the prudent and steady operation of investment activities. Reputational risk No events triggering material adverse impacts on the Company’s reputation were identified, leaving overall reputational risk wellcontained. Strategic risk No major strategic risk incidents occurred. Strategic planning remained robust and evidencebased, with implementation progressing effectively.
