31 2025 年度报告 ANNUAL REPORT 2025 国际合作与交流 INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND EXCHANGE 2025年，中国信保认真落实党中央对外工作决策部署，务实参与国际金融治理与合作，持续创新开展能力建设活 动，积极扩大国际“朋友圈”，筑牢务实合作基础。 与商务部国际商务官员研修学院共同成功举办第二届非洲出口信用机构能力建设研修班。首次在境外与泰国进出口 银行联合举办国际同业能力建设与业务宣介活动，助力“一带一路”共建国家的互联互通。参与商务部举办的“中亚 区域经济合作数字贸易研修班”及“埃塞俄比亚经贸培训班”，促进行业技术交流。 参加伯尔尼协会春季、秋季会议及多项技术会议，围绕数字化与人工智能应用、反欺诈、项目融资、理赔追偿案例 及承保人培养等议题分享经验。参加首届中法信保机构双边交流会，加强与官方ECA对话、增进理解与共识。 邀请伯尔尼协会主席来华开展工作访问，积极履行伯尔尼协会短期险委员会副主席职责。在第八届进博会上与阿联 酋、马来西亚同业机构新签合作备忘录，与多边机构伊斯兰投资和出口信用保险公司新签合作备忘录，为加强务实 合作奠定坚实基础。 In 2025, SINOSURE earnestly implemented the decisions and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee and actively engaged in international financial governance and cooperation. We continued to pioneer innovative capacity-building activities, actively expanding our network of international partnerships and consolidating the foundation for pragmatic cooperation. We successfully co-hosted the second Seminar on Capacity Building of ECAs in African countries with the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Ministry of Commerce. We co-organized the first overseas ECA capacity building and business promotion event with the Export-Import Bank of Thailand, bolstering connectivity across Belt and Road partner countries. Furthermore, we shared expertise at the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Digital Trade Training Workshop and the Ethiopia Economic and Trade Training Program, organized by the Ministry of Commerce, facilitating technical exchanges within the industry. We attended the Berne Union Spring and Autumn General Meetings, along with various technical meetings, sharing insights on topics ranging from digitalization and AI applications, anti-fraud, and project finance to claims & recovery case studies and underwriter development. We also participated in the first China-French bilateral exchange meeting between export credit agencies, enhancing dialogue with Official ECAs and fostering greater mutual understanding and consensus. During the year, we invited the Secretary-General of the Berne Union to conduct a working visit to China and actively fulfilled duties as Vice Chair of the Berne Union Short-Term Committee. We signed MOUs with peer ECAs from the UAE and Malaysia during the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), and entered into an MOU with the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC). These initiatives laid a solid foundation for strengthening pragmatic cooperation.
