35 2025 年度报告 ANNUAL REPORT 2025 In 2025, SINOSURE focused on the “five-pillar revitalization” (industry, talent, culture, ecosystem, and organization) and delivered solid assistance in education, vocational support, employment, consumption, and Party-building, making positive contributions to raising the level of rural industrial development, rural construction, and governance in the designated assistance regions, Huoqiu County in Anhui Province and Yugan County in Jiangxi Province. In these two counties, the Company supported 32,784 persons, including students from officially registered impoverished households and rural minimum living allowance recipients, orphaned and disabled children, and rural teachers, strengthened mental health support and infrastructure development in rural schools, and assisted in establishing a nine-year compulsory education school in Chengnan, Huoqiu County. A total of 18,957 grassroots rural officials, leaders in rural revitalization, technical professionals, and rural teachers were trained. Special support was provided to 632 vulnerable households, already lifted out of poverty but prone to falling back because of illness and disaster, to prevent any possible drop. Market demand for export credit insurance from these two counties were duly satisfied. Over 2025, we supported RMB140 million of exports from Huoqiu County and RMB130 million from Yugan County, stabilizing local economy, foreign trade, and business entities. Special funds were allocated to help foreign trade companies in these two counties promote brands and attend exhibitions such as the Canton Fair, where USD9.04 million of intended orders were harvested. We set up “SINOSURE Employment Support Workshops” and “SINOSURE Women’s Common Prosperity Workshops”, offering rewards to both business entities and poverty overcoming workers, and securing jobs for over 130 persons.
