The Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee, with President Xi Jinping at the core, based on the overall interests of the Party and the country. SINOSURE fully studied and implemented the important directives of President Xi Jinping and deeply recognized the significance of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization. SINOSURE worked steadily to consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation and to ensure their effective connection with rural revitalization, shouldering political responsibility, strengthening accountability, and mobilizing joint efforts to prevent a return to poverty and to ensure no region falls behind in revitalization. Since launching its paired-up assistance to designated counties, SINOSURE has worked hand in hand with the county Party committees and governments to tackle common challenges. Focusing on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, SINOSURE developed a comprehensive set of assistance measures centered on educational support and supplemented by industry, consumption, and Party‑building support. As of the end of 2025, SINOSURE has provided a total of over RMB 220 million in paired-up assistance to two designated counties—Huoqiu County in Anhui Province and Yugan County in Jiangxi Province.
