SINOSURE Hosts 3rd Digital Finance Service Day & 6th SME Client Service Day

　　On June 26, 2025, SINOSURE hosted the 3rd Digital Finance Service Day & the 6th SME Client Service Day, where China's SMERI 2025 was released, some knowledge materials on digital inclusive financewere introduced, and a group of corporate policyholders received payment of claims.

　　Since its establishment in 2001, SINOSURE, through its policy-oriented export credit insurance (ECI) products, has been promoting the integration of Chinese businesses into the global economy and trade. In the face of an ever changing environment of foreign trade this year, which is complex and volatile, SINOSURE has been fully leveraging its policy functions to support exporters in overcoming difficulties. In the first five months, the insure damount of short-term ECI reached USD 400 billion, representing a 14.6% y-o-y increase.

　　In recent years, SINOSURE has leveraged digital technology to integrate Digital Finance with Inclusive Finance. Drawing on its two decades of expertise in ECI, SINOSURE has developed digital inclusive services to help exporters address challenges and foster growth. To date, SINOSURE has established a digital service system, and launched over 500 items of digital service function. Currently, more than 99% of SME clients buying Easy-Credit product have received policy-oriented ECI protection online. A growing number of export-related businesses have benefited from SINOSURE's digitization progress.

　Since 2020, SME Client Service Day has been held for five consecutive years. In his speech on this year's event, SINOSURE Chairman Wang Hao mentioned about the three initiatives of digital service for exporters: Benefit, Quality and Efficiency, with specialized measures implemented from April to Auguste.g. delivery of business policy, experts' advice, training course, financing solutions and servicesto clients. Aligned with its objectives of promoting digitization-driven inclusiveness and supporting foreign trade, SINOSURE will continue the efforts to provide more convenient, accessible, effective and adequate financial support to SMEs.
